VISTA

VISTA 프로그램은 AVID에서 얻어진 Sequence Alignment결과를 annotation information과 함께 시각화 시켜주는 프로그램이다. 
JAVA로 만들어져 있으며, JAVA를 설치하여 path로 잡아줘야 이용이 가능하다.

# option
-q turn on quiet mode
-d turn on debug mode

# Plot file format
plot file은 VISTA를 실행하기 위해 작성해주는 file로 alignment결과 file과 exon의 위치 file, output file의 이름, 기타 옵션으로 구성되어져 있다.
