<p>VISTA 프로그램은 AVID에서 얻어진 Sequence Alignment결과를 annotation information과 함께 시각화 시켜주는 프로그램이다. JAVA로 만들어져 있으며, JAVA를 설치하여 path로 잡아줘야 이용이 가능하다.</p>
