BIOZON: a system for unification, management and analysis of heterogeneous
biological data

Biozon.org

This system maps eight kinds of genomic resources into a database. (Protein Families, Pathways, Interactions, Domains, Proteins, Nucleic Acids, Structures, and Gene expression) The search map on the main page shows the relationship of these resources well. Moreover, it provides enough helping documents with stepwise demonstrations to use this service even if a user came here at first time. Kindly, this system allows adding user's data to Biozon, but the adding process has not been automated. If you want to add your data into this system, you have to contact the authors via e-mail.
