정의
- 뼈를 자르거나 톱질하는 것.
종류
- 블록형 절골술(block osteotomy) : 뼈의 일부를 절제함
- 설상절골술(cuneiform osteotomy) : 골설을 제거함
- 전위절골술(displacement osteotomy) : 배열이나 체중 부하가 걸리는 부위를 바뀨기 위해 뼈를 외과적으로 재설계함.
