A bioinformatics team is facilitating integration and dissemination of this data. StemBase is the major deliverable for this project, which provides a compilation of all of the stem cell expression data obtained during the project.

StemBase --- Introduction
- StemBase is a database (publicly accessible at http://www.scgp.ca:8080/StemBase/) containing data on Affymetrix DNA microarray experiments, and Serial Analysis of Gene Expression, mostly on human and mouse stem cell samples and their derivatives. We currently have more than 180 samples available to public users, with more being added regularly.
