<font face="굴림체" size="2"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><strong><font color="#000080">QSAR (Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship)</font>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /></strong></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><br />QSAR는 molecular spreadsheet를 사용하여 compound의 data를 다각적으로 처리할 수 있는 기능을 갖추고 있어 multivariate statistical analyses를 수행할 수 있다. 기본적인 tool로서는 [[CoMFA]], [[CoMSIA]], [[SIMCA]]등의 model을 생성하는 tool과 &nbsp;Principal Components Analysis, Hierarchical Clustering, Clustering Methods등의 analysis tool들로 다각적으로 target compound들을 분석할 수 있다. 또한 molecule에 대한 property를 계산하는 tool들이 갖추어져 있어 data set에 대한 분석이나 modeling에서 효과적인 descriptor로 사용할 수 있으며 다양한 graph tool들로 시각적인 분석이 용이하다. </span></font>
