<p><strong><font style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff" color="#800080" size="4">L1(Line-1) Eliments</font></strong></p> <p>L1 Eliments는 포유류의 retrotransposable elements로서 [[LTR]]이 없으며 [[RNA]]중간체를 거쳐 스스로 복제가 가능한 영역이다.&nbsp;<br />또한 L1은 [[식물]], [[균류]], [[무척추동물]] 및 [[척추동물]]에서도 많은 종류가 발견되고 있어 L1이 독자적인 그룹을 구성하고 있다.&nbsp;<br />L1은 [[자가 증식]]이 가능하기 때문에 포유류의 경우 hole gene의 30%를 차지하고 있으며 이동성이 있어 [[유전자]] 변이를&nbsp;<br />일으키기도 한다. 특히 일부의 경우에는 암에서도 L1의 발현이 증가하고 있다.</p>
