<font color="#800080" size="3"><strong>GOR Secondary-Structure Prediction Method</strong></font><br /><br />- 가니어 등은 [[C-F법]]에서 사용된 개별 아미노산들의 2차 구조 형성에 대한 선호도 값에 기초를 두고 추가로 인접한 아미노산 잔기들이 영향을&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;&nbsp; 줄수 있다는 사항을 첨가하여 2차 모델 예측법을 완성하였다.<br />- 중심 아니노산과 양측의 16개를 합하여 가장 높은 합산치를 구하여 2차 구조를 결정하였다.<br />- GOR에서 탐색에 고려되는 블록 사이즈는 일련 하는 17개의 아미노산을 이용했다.<br />- 예측의 정확도는 63% 이하의 [[ Q₃]]값을 가진다.<br />- 상대적으로 발생 빈도를 고려하여 C-F법에서 사용된 절대적 발생빈도만을 고려한 낮은 예측도를 개선하여 높은 예측도로 끌어 올렸다.<br /><br />
