The <p><strong>Korean genome</strong> refers to the first Korean human genome was announced sequenced and publicized in 2008 (Dec. 4th) by The donor of the joint effort genome is Dr. Seong-Jin Kim who is the director of LCDI the Lee Gilya Cancer and KOBICDiabetes Institute in Korea. It was the second Asian genome sequenced.<br />
