<p><font color="#800080" size="4"><strong>SCOP (Structural Classification of Proteins)</strong></font></p>
<p>SCOP은 [[PDB]]에 수록되어져 있는 3D 구조를 체계적으로 분석한 database로서, 수록되어진 [[database]]를 구조적인 특징에 따라서 10개의&nbsp;<br />class로 분류하고 있다. 각각의 class는 2D 구조로 구성되어져 있고, [[topology]]에 의해 fold로 다시 누뉘고 있다. fold는 다시 [[superfamily]]와&nbsp;<br />[[family]], [[domain]]으로 하위 분류가 이루어지며 [[단백질]] 구조의 [[계통 분석학]]적 분석이 체계적으로 이루어져 있다. </p>
